When create new ticket from Confluence using Internet Explorer 9, after pressing insert the Preview, Save button got greyed out, and pressing these buttons including Cancel doesn't give any effect, please have a look at the screen shot.

Reproduce

1. Setup application link between Confluence and JIRA, make sure you are able to use JIRA issue macro.
2. By using Internet Explorer 9, Create a page, from this page Edit it, then click Insert > JIRA Issue.
3. At the popup, create any test ticket and click Insert.
4. After the popup disappear, the Preview and Save button is greyed out and clicking it doesn't give any effect, the same with the Cancel button.
