Dragging and dropping of text in the old editor (prior 4.0) used to work fine, but in 4.0, dragging and dropping using any browser is impossible.

Steps to Reproduce/Demonstration of issue:

1. Create a page with the following content (in Confluence 3.5 and 4.0):

   Hey
   
   Tomorrow
   
   1.
   
   2. Yesterday
   

2. Try to highlight Tomorrow, and then drag and drop it after 1..
3. Notice that in 3.5, the content becomes:

   Hey
   
   1. Tomorrow
   
   2. Yesterday
   

4. While in 4.0, the content remains.
