pls add Expand All/Collapse All functionality to the Page Tree view

      When viewing pages in the Tree View, it is very tedious to have to drill down 3 or more levels. It would make browsing the pages much easier if we have the Expand All / Collapse All buttons displayed. And having an Expand option to expand all child pages of a certain page, sth. like "Expand Child Pages" or "Expand Children" would be useful as well. Similarly, "Collapse Children", or "Collapse Section"?
