Dashboard Actions plugin: link to working with templates is hardcoded and not using the online help architecture

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When adding a new page from the Dashboard Actions plugin, we noticed that the link to "Working with Templates Overview" might be hardcoded and not using the online help architecture. See screenshot: [addpage.jpg]

      As a result, there is no way for the Technical writers team to find out that this doc must not be renamed.
