      Phonetic Search / 'best match' facility.

      a) You have to spell the words right to get the document you look for which from real life experience show up to be quite
      difficult

      I have looked through a lot of issues and discussion regarding confluence and I find nothing about these issue. Is this because nobody worries about it or is just because I did't search hard enough. On a previous occation I've implemented a phonetic algorithm and permutation algorithm which basically increased the number of hits by a factor of two. Both algorithms were downloaded from codguru or something similar. 2,b is of course quite simple.
