Missing localization localisation for the search and the related labels, more and less display in French instead of plus and moins

I use the <<default theme>> and confluence standalone out of the box
I set my language settings as French.

When searching by a label, the related labels show up.
More/less are still more/less in French. It should be plus/moins. No idea in German
The recent labels on the right are OK.
You should use the resources "less.word" and "more.word" like elsewhere in 3.4 and like before in 2.10

#permitSearchEngines() must be the guilty one
