Table locking when deleting from content

      We have had a couple of occurrences of tables getting locked and causing significant blocking. Our DBA opened a case with Oracle and they found that the problematic sql was "delete from CONTENT where CONTENTID=:1". They determined that there needed to be an index added to confancestors.ancestorid column or we will see this type of behavior. I found a comment in the Atlassian documentation about this exact issue and posted a reply there as well. http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Confluence+Data+Model.
