            Hi karthick6783,

According to the KB article Configuring URL encoding on Tomcat application server, it is recommended to have URIEncoding="UTF-8" set in <confluence_install>/conf/server.xml. This property comes set by default on Confluence 6.5 onwards, so we do recommend that you keep it. In case the issue persists for this single space, we recommend that you open a ticket with Atlassian to help you troubleshoot what can be happening.

            Cheers,
            Jean

            Hi Jean, Robson,

Earlier our confluence is installed in windows box, now it is migrated to Linux .

In windows, this property is not available URIEncoding="UTF-8". So we removed it in linux as well.

Please confirm whether this needs to be added now in linux.

Note : This issue is occuring only in one space.

            Cheers

            Hi,

I found the solution. I'm using Tomcat and I hadn't configured the URIEncoding="UTF-8" in "Connector" element of server.xml. After I configured this, everything is working fine.

            Cheers
