I have the following wiki code in my pages:

       !Icons^d.png!!Icons^t.png!!Icons^p.png!
      

      This works fine confluence 2.9 (it shows a blank and 3 images)
      But in 3.1 this is broken: See it here

      It works when I add a space after  

        !Icons^d.png!!Icons^t.png!!Icons^p.png!
      

      So the first image is not rendered correctly, it seems like the preceding   is breaking the recognition of the image... This bug is problematic because this code is contained in lots of pages....

            [CONFSERVER-19137] Problem with images following a  

            To fix this in previous version, replace the current atlassian-renderer-x.x.x.jar in lib directory with the atlassian-renderer-6.0.4.jar file attached.

            Using the trunk build, was able to see images in RTE, but got an error in preview. Screen shots attached.

            Actually it seems like images are working badly with the rich text editior.

            For example try to move a picture with the mouse into a textblock. Sometimes the picture is added without creating a space before and after the ! symbols delimiting the image, then the image is not shown anymore...
