Populate People Directory only with users that belongs to Groups with Confluence access

    Description

      Any user that logs in Confluence (even though they do not belong to a group which is authorized in confluence) is being listed in "People Directory". It would be good if only users from authorized groups were in there. This is related to CONF-18990.
