Manage users options are available when viewing LDAP Groups

      Steps to Replicate

      1. Go to Administration Console >> Security >> Manage Groups
      2. Click on a LDAP Group
      3. Click on Add Members
      4. Use the "User Piker" to select some users to add on this group
      5. Add those users

It will display an error page containing the error bellow:

      Cause

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Cannot write to read-only GroupManager [ldapRepository]
          at com.atlassian.user.impl.ReadOnlyGroupManager.addMembership(ReadOnlyGroupManager.java:36)

You can reach this page also by trying to remove any LDAP User from a LDAP Group.

WorkAround: Don't try to update, add or remove read-only users
