Trying to restore the production backup to our developer instance to verify upgrade to 3.1 verion. After loading and applying additional settings I get the following error:

Import failed. Error finding and producing a stream of the export properties file: /opt/confluence-data/temp/import_01042010_123556/exportDescriptor.properties

The properties file is in the backup zip. I have tried multiple backups with the same error. I have tried creating a fresh install of the software on the develper instance and then loading a backup with the same error.

backup files are approx 1.4 GB.
