[CONFSERVER-18097] Add "more" link to the RSS macro

We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

When you display the RSS macro in the page, you can specify the number of results to display. However, once the macro is rendered you can only ever see the most recent x results. There's no more link to see additional RSS feed results like we have elsewhere in the product. Could you please add a "more" link like we have in the network activity stream?
