Sheet parameter default behaviour is not working as documented for the viewxls macro

      Upload an xls file with multiple sheets, and use the viewfile macro to display it on a page.

      According to the docs, if the 'sheet' parameter is not set, then the default behaviour should be to show the first sheet.

      This is not working correctly - see this page as an example. The first viewxls macro should be showing the first sheet.
