Preserve previous plugin versions in the database with timestamp for easy troubleshooting and rollback

      Hello,

      sometimes it would be useful to know when a plugin was installed and in case of trouble to rollback to a previous version easily. Confluence could, rather than replace the plugin in the db, add another timestamped entry (as it already does) and let the admin choose which one to activate.
