Hi there, We have a same problem with Confluence 5.7.1. Second access from different window is satisfied. It is sometimes possible to set a larger timeout?

Please note that some customers have reported that they are still seeing the issue with the patch.

Most likely since the issue occurs intermittently, the patch does not completely fix the issue.
We are unable to reproduce here, but this issue is not resolved yet.

            Dear Edgardo,

The patch will be include as part of atlassian-plugins-osgi-2.4.3.jar which is in confluence 3.1.1 and above (in the <CONFLUENCE_INSTALL>/confluence/WEB-INF/lib directory.

If you are on Version Confluence 3.1, then you will need the patch.

@Ryan - Thanks for the comment, but I am not sure if you mean that I need or don't need the patch. I am not sure what "3.1.1+" is and I don't know how verify the plugin version to be 2.4.3.

3.1.1+ uses plugins 2.4.3 which includes the patched jdk6-packages.txt so there is no need to apply the KB.

I can confirm that I get this issue in one instance of 3.1.1, but not in another. My DEV environment works great, but not PROD. The deployments are exactly the same: Tomcat 5.5.x embedded in RHEL5 with latest patches and MySQL 5.x embedded in RHEL5 as well. Did you have different binaries for a Linux distribution that I may have downloaded on different days? I know I downloaded 3.1.1 on March 12th for DEV and today for PROD.

Hmm, I get this on one 3.1.1 instance but not another, haven't tried the KB patch yet...
