      This format would be better: <<page name>> - <<readable timestamp>>.pdf

[CONFSERVER-15031] More useful filenames for PDF Exports

Creating export PDF/HTML filenames from user authored metadata would be most flexible, instead of these (reader) arbitrary (author-oriented) parameters.

Updated the filenames to be a bit more readable.

For a Page the format is now:

            SPACEKEY-PAGE TITLE-ddMMMyy-hhmma-UNIQ.pdf
            e.g: TST-ThisIsAPageTitle-09Feb10-0921AM-18.pdf

And for a Space the format is:

            SPACEKEY-ddMMMyy-hhmma-UNIQ.pdf
            e.g: TST-09Feb10-0924AM-19.pdf
