Calendar macro does not work well with the new PDF export

      Use the

      {calendar}

      macro on a page.

      Export to PDF++

      The exported page will show the calendar, but will also show:

      • the entire contents of the dropdowns for month and for year
      • the icon for 'Add a New Event'
      • A loading symbol and 'Please Wait' message

            I can't do this with css so it has to be fixed in the plugin's code. I looked into doing this and it's non-trivial. It's a very complex plugin. At least 2 days worth of work. I am postponing until everything else is done.
