Invalid Class in source distribution : JSONResult

The source distribution of confluence contains:

confluence/confluence-project/confluence/src/java/com/atlassian/confluence/json/JSONResult.java

Which contains JsonResult class (note the difference in capitalization). Obviously such a file doesn't compile. This file is a dupe of JsonResult.java. if JSONResult.java/class is removed, confluence barfs during startup/upgrade because some config file(s) expect to find it with the wrong capitalization.

I expect that this problem is visible only when working on a case sensitive file system.
