Add parameters for displaying the file name and/or the comment under the picture as well as the file size

      Currently if a comment for an image exists it is displayed under the image. Would like to have a parameter for displaying the file name and/or the comment under the image.
      (ie. caption=comment, filename, both / default comment)

      Also add another parameter to display file size (ie. size=true,false / default=false
