checkbox as a form field markup

      Hello,

      Currently, there are 3 markup fields (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Form+Field+Markup+for+Templates)

      • Text field
      • Text area
      • Drop down menu

      I think it would be very useful to have a Checkbox as a form field as well.
