When exporting a page to PDF, the internal links don't work in the PDF

      When exporting a page to PDF, the internal links don't work in the PDF. For example, on a page that has a

      {toc}

      macro, while those toc links work in the wiki page, they no longer work when you export the page to PDF, even though the PDF version shows the links (by underlining). External links, say to a web site, do continue to work in the PDF version.
