A user is seeing MULTIPLE duplicate entries come in even when a confluence page is updated once. They get 30-50 notifications in their feed reader (Outlook and FeedReader) for a single update and all those duplicates do not show up at the same time. They keep coming in even a few hours after the first one comes in.

The source of the problem may be related to http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-8589 but the results are slightly different.
