Currently, if a user/group is NOT granted with the space "Remove" news permission, the user/group still can see the "Remove News" link via News -> Edit. Once the user clicking on the "Remove News" link, it will redirect to the following message:
You cannot view this page due to inherited restrictions Page level restrictions have been applied to a parent of the current page. These restrictions limit access to only certain certain user(s) or group(s) and apply to all pages in the hierarchy underneath the parent.
The "Remove News" link shouldn't exist if the user/group is not granted with the space "Remove" news permission. This problem doesn't occur in Confluence 2.8 and 2.8.1 if the default theme is used. However, it happens to other themes.
