Warn users about apparent instability in the calendar plugin

      There is a good chance that the calendar plugin breaks on recent versions of Confluence, so as a precaution until we're able to do proper testing, I would like us to warn users on the extensions page at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFEXT/Calendar+Plugin

      I've logged a testing request at http://developer.atlassian.com/jira/browse/CAL-241 that links to the bug I encountered.
