Remove overloaded method names in Remote API to increase compatibility

      Overloaded methods are valid in the remote API specs for XMLRPC/SOAP.
      (Update Oct 2008: apparently overloaded methods are not valid in the WSI Basic Profile 1.0 spec, see section 5.4.3 here http://www.ws-i.org/Profiles/BasicProfile-1.0-2004-04-16.html)

      Several clients cannot (or will not?) handle overloaded methods - notably Adobe Flex & AIR. (more info ) and as of Oct 2008, Apache CXF.

      I suggest that Atlassian simply change the method names for few overloaded methods.
      This small change would allow all clients to use the Remote API without wonky workarounds (ex. modifying the WSDL by hand)
