Missing text keys

      In the confluence interface, many of the tooltips for the image links have text keys which are missing from the localization files and thus show a key. For example, the following keys are missing: "action.browse.pages" from Operations column in Your Spaces in Dashboard, "action.space.rss" from the RSS image in Dashboard.

      This is trivial but makes takes away some polish from Confluence so I'm reporting this as trivial.
