      Issue Summary

      Users can no longer drag and drop emails from MS Outlook after the upgrade to 9.2.12

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence 9.2.12 or later
      2. Drag and drop an email from Outlook

      Expected Results'

      You should be able to drag an email directly from Outlook into a Confluence page

      Actual Results

      Drag and dropping the email into a page doesn't work
