Support Navmap when it is exported to HTML format

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      User has space that is organised using the Navmap macro. Unfortunately the Navmap macro no longer works once exported to HTML. It would be good if Confluence can improve on this feature.
