Issue Summary

The date format fluctuates when editing and publishing versions of a page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Publish a page with a date picker.
2. Edit the page and change the date (observe what value is set in the editor and what is displayed after saving the page)

Expected Results

The date picker stays either MM DD YYYY or DD MM YYYY across the editor and the saved page.

Actual Results

When saving the page initially we see DD MM YYYY format in the editor and page, after changing the date in the editor we see MM DD YYYY, when we save the page we again see DD MM YYYY.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
