Issue Summary

When Synchrony is disabled, the Undo button does not work for hyperlinks created on the existing text on a page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Confluence for any of the impacted versions
2. Disable Synchrony
3. Create a new page, add some text, and save the page
4. Edit the page again
5. On the existing text, try adding a hyperlink
6. Now press the Undo button from the menu items
7. The hyperlink added cannot be undone
8. Command+Z or cntrl+Z also does not undo the entire action
9. Try adding another text and adding a hyperlink
10. Now click on the same Undo buttons from the top menu
11. The entire text is removed rather than only the hyperlink

Expected Results

The hyperlink is removed from the text

Actual Results

Hyperlink is not removed and there is no visible change

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
