Summary
Team Calendar app version 19.2.22 and higher doesn't retrieve the data from Jira Cloud.
Version info
- Found in:
- Team Calendar 19.2.22
- Confluence 9.2.6
Description
Issue Summary
Confluence 9.2.6 has application links with Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud. The application link with Jira Cloud shows as connected, but the Team Calendar does not correctly pull Jira project releases.
Jira issues and Jira Charts work as expected.
When checking the log files, it's found that Team Calendar uses the API for Jira Data Center to retrieve data from Jira Cloud.
com.atlassian.confluence.extra.calendar3.calendarstore.JiraAccessor$JiraPreConditionUnmetException: EndpointNotFound: Unable to connect to Jira endpoint at https://company.example.org/rest/api/2/projects/picker?_1753397092884&maxResults=100&query=sone&allowEmptyQuery=true
Steps to Reproduce
- Confluence Data Center 9.2.6.
- Setup and application link to a Jira Data Center.
- Setup and application link/tunnel to a Jira Cloud.
- Create a Team Calendar
- In the Team Calendar, pull projects from Jira DC.

- In the Team Calendar, pull projects from Jira Cloud.

Expected Results
Team Calendar should pull data from both types of Jira instances.
Actual Results
Team Calendar pulls data from Jira DC but doesn't pull data from Jira Cloud; however, pages with Jira Issues and Jira Chart macros work as expected.
