Issue Summary

Create button in the content tree overlap with text in the left-hand side of the Confluence:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit Create in the bottom of a space Content tree.

Expected Results

Text shouldn't overlap and be clickable.

Actual Results

Text is overlapping and picklist focus is lost on the overlapped area.

Workaround

Create content from the Top Confluence Create button in the meanwhile.
