Issue Summary
JSM agent without Confluence license cannot create a KB article using template.
There is no mention of the permission for using template when creating an kb article.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in as JSM agent user and navigate to a service project > knowledge base
- The user has all the access to the Space where they are creating an article in.
- But the user does not have a Confluence user license
- The knowledge base edit permission is set to 'Service project users'
- Select 'Create article' and select any template from the right side panel
Expected Results
A draft page is displayed, populated with the selected template
Actual Results
Error is shown(PFA)
Workaround
Refresh the page after seeing the error screen.
