Issue Summary

Selecting a template while creating an Confluence article in JSM instance results in the Jira home screen being displayed instead of the expected pre-filled template text with a custom domain

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a JSM project
2. Go to "Knowledge base" and click "Create article"
3. Once loaded, select a template

Expected Results

The page is pre-filled with the template text

Actual Results

Page is getting redirected to the Jira home screen.

Workaround

Refresh the page and it gets properly pre-filled with the template text
