Heading 3 font size within export PDF file doesn't respect original size

      Suggestion

      Confluence Cloud has a feature where the user can export a page to PDF.
      However, if the page has a text with heading 3, then the text of font size within the export file is smaller compared to normal text.

      For example, the text with heading 3 is a bit bigger compared to normal text in Confluence page. But, the export file shows more smaller text with heading 3.
