Issue Summary

When an article has a header image, and the page requires scrolling, the page will flicker until it is scrolled down

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page that has a header image
2. Add text and other elements to make the page scrollable

Expected Results

The page is static until scrolled down

Actual Results

The page will flicker until it is scrolled down

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
