Problem
Currently, while customers can assign a space owner manually, there is no automation action available for changing the space owner in Confluence. This means that every time a change in ownership is required, it has to be done manually, which increases the administrative workload.
Suggested Solution
Introduce an* automation action in Confluence* that allows for the automatic changing of a space owner. This action should function similarly to the existing action for changing a page owner, enabling users to set up rules that trigger ownership changes based on specified conditions.
Why This Is Important
Automating the process of changing space owners will significantly reduce the administrative overhead involved in managing space ownership. It will streamline workflows, especially for organizations with frequent changes in team structures or responsibilities, ensuring that the right users or groups always have the necessary permissions without manual intervention.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
