Summary
After migrating JSM (Cloud to Cloud OR Server to Cloud) any URLs including the below string will not be addressed by legacy linkfixing performed by Atlassian in the case of migrating cloud to cloud, or the 'Product Links' feature available to self serve linkfixing post-migration after moving from a server environment.

Users manually update links in the destination post-migration.
