Issue Summary
When a Word document is attached to a Confluence Cloud page, certain fonts, such as Arial, are displayed incorrectly as Times New Roman in the document preview.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Word document using Microsoft Word.
- Use a variety of fonts, including Aptos and Arial, in the document.
- Save the document.
- Attach the Word document to a Confluence Cloud page.
- Open the document preview within Confluence.
Expected Results
All fonts in the Word document should be displayed correctly in the Confluence preview, consistent with the original document (e.g., Arial should display as Arial).
Actual Results
While some fonts such as Aptos appear correctly, others like Arial are incorrectly displayed as Times New Roman in the preview.
Workaround
Currently, there is no workaround available that ensures font consistency in the document preview on Confluence Cloud.
