      Summary

      HTML Exports fails in Spaces with more than 3 GB in Attachments

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In a Confluence space, attach files to pages until you have at least 3 GB of attachments in the space
      2. Go to Space settings > Manage space > Export space > HTML or PDF

      Expected Results

      The Space will be exported.

      Actual Results

      Export runs for hours and fails at 99%

      Workaround

      Export it in smaller chunks of pages, if you really need this to be in HTML, otherwise, consider the CSV export

            Hi,

            We have rolled out a change that gives the export of HTML / PDF much more disk space to work with. This should help alleviate a portion of the issues being reported here. Note that not every issue reported here has the same root cause so we can't guarantee it will fix them all, but this change specifically relates to the nodes running out of disk space during the export which was reported on numerous tickets here. We will close this ticket, and if issues still occur they can then be reported as new issues with specific root causes linked.
