    Description

      Issue Summary

      Accessing the Confluence Application Links page results in an error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access the Application Links page: https://<instance>.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks
      2. No links are listed, rather you receive an error that the server returned a bad response

      Expected Results

      Confluence Application Links page should load without errors.

      Actual Results

      The server returned a bad response.
      You can try to refresh the page. If the error persists the application logs might provide additional information or you can reach out to your admin.

      The network log records the following errors while loading the page:
      Unexpected response status: 500:

      {"message":"org.osgi.framework.ServiceException: Could not resolve IP from URL","status-code":500,"stack-trace":""}

      {“errors”:[
      {“id”:“xxxxxx”,“status”:404,“code”:“ADMIN-404-7",“title”:“Failed to get tunnel list”,“detail”:“Could not get tunnel records: offset is greater than tunnel count”}
      ]}

      Workaround

      Reach out to support to have them check if there is a reference to an old application link in the database, if so request they remove it.
