"Doesn't have access" error message is displayed for licensed users without (Confluence) product access in spaces that are enabled for (Global) Anonymous access

Issue Summary

<User> doesn't have access error message is displayed for licensed users without (Confluence) product access in spaces enabled for (Global) Anonymous access. Works fine and as expected for unlicensed users / regular users on the internet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Anonymous Access at the Global level for Confluence Cloud (Global Permissions administration screen).
2. Enable Anonymous Access at the Space level in some certain space permissions screen.
3. Make sure that a page from above space doesn't have any other specific view restrictions.
4. As a site user without Confluence Product access, let's say with only Jira product access, try to access the page that should be public to everyone in the internet considering the setup above. Result for your user:
   
5. Click Log out to sign off from your Atlassian account. Notice that now works just fine for a regular internet user.

Expected Results

• The page should be displayed immediately as Anonymous access is enabled at the Space and Global levels, not requiring product access neither a license to access its content.

Actual Results

• The "No access" error message is displayed instead. To display the page, you need either to sign off from your Atlassian Account that doesn't have Confluence product access on that site, or ask a site-admin to grant you Confluence product access.

Workaround

• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
