On the confluence sites and on Wiki pages there is a macro called SP Horizontal nav Group and SP Horizontal nav Item along with SP Vertical nav Group and SP Vertical nav Item. 

Each of them has spaces and designs to fit in the tables of different tasks such as suggestions, statistics, tips, and personal viewing. 

I have found those tools very useful for many purposes but what I lack is the diversity of the color pattern. It would be immensely helpful if there were more colors to choose from, I do know that this query is not of urgency, but if you do find time and have the flexibility to make your customer's experience far more pleasing, please look into it.
