Restrictions for Analytics Permissions are applied when changed from Premium to Standard

    Description

      Issue Summary

If restrictions are applied for analytics permissions, they are applied even if a tenant changes from premium to standard plan. As a result, a few users (groups that don't have analytics permissions) don't see 'x people viewed' on the confluence pages.

Note: Standard plan can't see full page/space/site analytics, however, they should be able to see analytics at a glance ('xyz people viewed' the page) and their own activity.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Restrict analytics permission to one group, say 'site-admins' on Premium Plan
      2. Change the instance's subscription from Premium to Standard.
      3. Try to see the page's stats on the published page using a user who isn't a member of the 'site-admins' group

      Expected Results

The restrictions for analytics should not be applied if the subscription is changed from premium to standard.

      Actual Results

The users aren't able to see analytics for pages, ie, 'x people viewed' because the restrictions are still there in the backend.

      Workaround

Since analytics permissions configuration is not available on the Standard plan, we need to upgrade the instance to premium (trial) and then remove/add the analytics permissions and then switch back to the standard plan.
