• Certain Powerpoint files don't render thumbnails nor in the Office PowerPoint Macro

Steps to replicate

• Unable to replicate, problem occurs for specific PPT files

Actual behaviour

• The PowerPoint file shows a "Preview unavailable" message
• Office PowerPoint Macro doesn't render PPT file. A black screen is displayed instead "Ouch! We can't load the PDF."
  

Workaround

• Open the file in Powerpoint, and Save As PPT
