Description
Issue Summary
Adding a space homepage page link from one instance to another that has a space with the same key results in an incorrect linking.
Steps to Reproduce
- Confluence instances 1 and 2, both have spaces with the same key.
- For example spacekey = "test"
- Copy the overview/homepage URL from Instance 1 and paste it into a page within Instance 2
- Confluence instance 1 overview page URL format:
- Example: https://instance1.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/test/overview
- Confluence instance 1 overview page URL format:
- Publish the page in Instance 2 and the link will get updated to the space within Instance 2.
- Example the link will get updated from https://instance1.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/test/overview to https://instance2.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/test/overview
- This only occurs with the overview/homepage.
Expected Results
The link redirects to the Confluence instance 1 space homepage.
Actual Results
The link gets updated to the Confluence instance 2 space homepage.
Workaround
- Add the URL in the below format
- https://<site-name>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<space-key>/pages/<page-id>
- Example: https://instance1.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/test/pages/1234
