Description
Issue Summary
It is possible to create Confluence pages from within the Jira and Jira Service Management products as part of the integration between the products, however, when you try to edit those pages in Confluence, only those created from Jira are missing the full-width option in edit mode.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure to have Confluence and Jira products on the same site;
- Create a new space on Confluence;
- Create a new project in Jira (software project for example);
- Click on Project pages on the left sidebar;
- Click on Connect project to Confluence and chose the space created;
- Click on create a blank page;
- On the page window, still in Jira, Insert title and some content then publish;
- Click on the button open in Confluence
- Click on the pencil button to edit the page(Already on Confluence)
Expected Results
Page successfully created and full width option is available.
Actual Results
The page has no full width option.
Workaround
1) If you don't mind losing the Page History, you can simply create a COPY of the affected page and the new Copy will have the full Editor functionalities.
2) If you do mind about the existing Page History, you can also contact Atlassian Support so that the affected page is "converted" directly from the back-end, which is an action that only Support is capable to perform.
