The mouse cursor is not changing to the link cursor when it hovers over an image with a link.

Issue Summary

The mouse cursor is not changing to the link cursor when it hovers over an image with a link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create any Confluence page(new editor) and insert an image in it.
2. Link the image to any external URL.
3. Hover the mouse over the image. The cursor is not changed to the link cursor. (Screenshot 1)

Expected Results

The mouse cursor should be changed to a link cursor when it hovers over an image containing a link. (Screenshot 2)

Actual Results

The mouse cursor is not changed to the link cursor.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
