Charts with missing title parameter will break page

Issue Summary

With Confluence Tables you have the ability to create a Chart from the table. These tables allow custom title parameters. However, if the title parameter is missing then the entier page will not render and provide a We've Hit a Snag error message. Additionally the below error will be thrown in the browser Console:

error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'chartTitle')

This is the missing parameter in the source code of the page for the chart:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the page with the Chart missing the title
2. Be presented with we've hit a snag error

Expected Results

The Chart should load without the custom title

Actual Results

A we've hit a snag error message is thrown.
